Gathenhielmska huset och Oceanen

The grand opening of the degree show at Gathenhielmska huset is arranged with our co-host of the evening, Oceanen. While you wait for the guided tour of the exhibition in the historic house, the venue for the show, we invite you to Oceanen where you can join in the big celebration of the students work with music, fashion and drinks.

From 15.00 and onwards Linna And-Ast will make a mediative mural performance  in Gathenhielmska huset.

ABOUT: The exhibition features work from the postgraduate design programmes MFA Design and Child Culture Design. Both programmes approach design as an expanded practice and encourage to explore how design can contribute to various fields and questions of how we live together. In consequence, the presented projects may unfold across formats, media, methods, contexts, disciplines and topics. Situated in the historic Gathenhielmska huset in the heart of Majorna, the school expands into the city and reaches out to the public. Understood as a platform for mutual learning and exchange, the exhibition welcomes visitors of all ages and backgrounds to engage with people, projects, approaches and topics.

Öppning av examensutställningen i Gathenhielmska huset. Arrangeras i samarbete med Oceanen.

Under tiden du väntar på den guidade turen i utställningen och det fascinerande historiska huset är du välkommen till Oceanen där vi tillsammans kan fira av studenternas arbeten med musik, modevisning och drinkar.

Från kl 15 kommer Linnéa And-Ast genomföra en performance, en meditativ muralmålning.
